Daily structure
Morning or evening short call (15–30 mins) depending on your schedule - with flexibility to offer both options.
Visual anchor (image) + short written phrase sent at the start of the day to remind them where they are in the journey.
WhatsApp (or similar) message thread where they can ask 1–3 questions each day before the call.
Optional second check-in/anchor at the opposite end of the day, especially if you need reinforcement before or after a high-stress moment.
